Several newspapers and the TV-media (South German newspaper, WDR, SAT 1 and Vox) have been in contact with Al-Active real estate, on the 26th June we had the pleasure of the team from RTL with us. We were selected due to our professional and flexible function and a presentation by RTL was selected. The life in a luxury real estate starting from 1.000.000 euros in Alanya was the theme selected by RTL and of Active with one of their customers, who had became good friends. It was addressed, as Active advises such customers and are cared for and offered in which form real estate. It will be shown soon in a transmission from the RTL; in all those are interested to experience the Alpha and Omega over a competent real estate company and over the general life in Alanya. » Turkish press reports on the 5th anniversary of Al-Active Real Estate
On the 23rd April 2008 Al-Active Real Estate celebrated its 5th anniversary in the Restaurant Red Tower at the port in Alanya. After 5 years, Al-Active Real Estate developed to a very successful enterprise. And that had to be celebrated. Numerous guests came to congratulate Ms Seyhan Arabaci to her anniversary.
Also the Turkish newspapers Yeni Alanya and Haber Alanya did not miss to congratulate Ms Arabaci to her 5th anniversary and to report about the celebration in the Restaurant Red Tower. And they also wish Ms Arabaci much success and all the Best in her future.
» The WDR reports on pieces of news in Alanya and about Al-Active Real Estate
Alanya attracts still more visitors, who also become resident here. This topic was taken up by a West German broadcasting company (WDR) and they sent Mr. Andreas Hodapp to Alanya last week, in order to record a programme about the Germans living in Alanya. Particularly it concerned about pensioners living here. So who lives here? What are the expectations of people here? These are questions, with which Mr. Andreas Hodapp discussed locally. On a recommendation by Mr. Hockenholz, Editor of the German-language newspaper Alanya Messenger, Mr. Hodapp also went into the office of Active real estates. Coincidentally also a customer was with us at this time. We went together then on a real estate inspection visit. This and also more will be shown on Wednesday the 12th March 2008, in the programme 'Aktuelle Stunde' from 18:50 to 19:30 on the WDR channel. If changes to the planned transmitting time should result, we shall inform you naturally. We wish you much fun and good viewing.
» Also the Estate Agents from Alanya celebrated Christmas with the Germans
On Sunday the German Turkish friendship association ADD IDA met for their annual Christmas Fair in the cultural center of Alanya. At different stalls at the fair, postcards, candles and clothes were on offer for sale. Naturally there were German cakes and coffee available and not to be missed. For the festive music a one-man band performed so that all could dance and celebrate. There were many fellow Turkish citizens to be seen; also the Mayor of Alanya and the Al-Active team were invited to the German Christmas Fair. The manager of Al-Active real estate Mrs. Seyhan Arabaci helped Mayor Hulusi Dogan and Mr. Hockenholz of the Alanya Press in the translations during their discussions, the Mayor Hulusi Dogan commented that: “We are pleased that the Germans in Alanya enjoy themselves. For us also they are‚ "Alanyaner “. We do what we can, in order to make the German life pleasant here in Alanya as much possible. “ Proceeds of the Christmas Fair went to the charity for mentally handicapped people.
